Terms of use

Last updated April 16, 2026

These terms cover makemytoolkit.com — the hub directory site you're reading now. Each sister tool site publishes its own terms that apply while you're using that tool.

What this site is

MakeMyToolkit is a free directory that introduces the MakeMy Toolkit family and links out to its twelve sister sites. It does not host tools or process files. Using it means you agree to the terms on this page.

Use it however you like — within reason

You can read the content, share the links, and recommend the site freely. You can't scrape it at a rate that interferes with other visitors, try to break into it, impersonate it, or mirror it under another domain in a way that implies an affiliation that doesn't exist.

External links

Every tool card on the landing page sends you to a different website on its own domain. Once you leave this site, the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply. We make a good-faith effort to keep the links pointing at what they claim to point at, but we can't guarantee the availability or behavior of any external site.

Content and ownership

The name MakeMyToolkit, the MakeMy* family brand names, the written copy, and the visual design are ours. You're welcome to link to any page on the site, quote short excerpts with attribution, and share screenshots. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish it, or pass it off as your own work.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it online, up to date, and free of errors, but we don't promise it will always be available, always accurate, or always suit your particular purpose. If a link is broken, a tool has moved, or a description is out of date, let us know and we'll fix it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this directory site — including anything that happens on a sister site you navigated to from here. Our total liability for anything arising out of this hub site is capped at the amount you paid to use it, which for a free site is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. When we do, we'll bump the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't, stop using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking it out will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction.
